Druva Announces Cloud-Based Global MSP Channel Strategy

Druva, the leader in converged data protection, today announced its cloud-based global managed service provider (MSP) channel strategy.  Releasing new product capabilities for its top-rated inSync data availability and governance platform, including a new management console for MSPs, Druva now offers tailored capabilities to scale MSP adoption.  Druva simultaneously launched its dedicated PartnerSync programme for MSPs.  Purpose-built for MSPs to quickly jump-start Druva services strategies, the new programme offers a vast number of tools and substantial recurring margins.

MSPs, when partnering with Druva, now gain access to industry-leading technology, a new administrative console for co-branded and centralised customer management, a cloud-based architecture with no hardware to manage, as well as partner portal enablement tools, lead generation resources, training, and certification. Participation in PartnerSync for MSPs offers highly competitive margins, deal registration protection, predictable recurring revenue, MSP and customer co-branding, a dedicated account manager, and world-class support.

“Managed services and cloud-based services is a multi-billion dollar industry and continues to grow at impressive double-digits,” said Scott Siragusa, VP of Business Development and Channels, Druva. “More and more businesses are turning to MSPs to manage their daily data protection priorities and business needs, which is why we are building new capabilities tailored to the MSP community and allowing them to easily scale and grow their Druva business.”

PartnerSync for MSPs is available at three partner levels: Authorised MSP, which offers entry-level access to the MSP programme; Certified MSP, a specialised tier that unlocks joint marketing and empowers your sales force with educational goals; and Elite MSP, the premier level of partnership with the highest margins available to partners.

“Our customers leverage us for our ability to identify and extend best-of-breed technologies to support and secure their fast-growing workforce needs,” said Mitch Cottrell, COO of Modo Networks.  “The Druva MSP programme enables us to accomplish this in an easy, turn-key manner. Druva has demonstrated a consistent commitment to our partnership, and they listen to feedback.  This partnership will be more successful day by day as we learn and grow together.”

Key Druva PartnerSync for MSPs capabilities include:

  • 100% cloud-based, multi-tenant offering of inSync for ease of deployment and administration
  • Co-branded inSync clients and admin console for creating user profiles, lifecycle management, BYOD policy creation and execution, data collection and eDiscovery enablement, personal backup and restoration for device refresh and OS migrations, etc.
  • Centralised MSP Management console to create and manage customer licenses and accounts

The new MSP management console and co-branding capabilities will be generally available in November and are available to Druva PartnerSync for MSPs only.
