Zyxel Networks, a leader in delivering secure and AI-powered cloud networking solutions, announced its firewall and VPN solutions received Champion status in the Professional User Ratings (PUR) survey from techconsult, an independent German research organization part of the Heise Group.
More than 4,400 security experts from user organisations participated in techconsult's Professional User Rating: Security Solutions 2026 survey. Champion products must achieve high rankings for both Solution Excellence and Company Excellence ratings.
Zyxel Networks achieved the highest ranking among all vendors in the Network Firewalls category, with ten companies earning Champion status. It ranked second among six vendors named Champions in the VPN report.
For Network Firewalls, Zyxel excelled in ease of use, product loyalty, recommendation, supplier satisfaction, and sales partnership performance. VPN solutions scored highest for ease of use and received strong marks for functionality and customer loyalty. In VPN Vendor Ratings, the company led in service and support, plus information, consultancy and training.
