UK managed IT services provider Utilize has acquired Sage specialist tn4 Solutions, adding more than 150 Sage 200 customers and almost doubling its existing Sage customer base. It is Utilize's sixth acquisition.
Four members of the tn4 team join Utilize, and tn4 Managing Director Tim Hanchet will work with existing and prospective customers on Sage 200 and Sage Intacct. Tn4 customers gain access to Utilize's managed IT, cyber security, cloud, infrastructure and communications services.
Utilize says its immediate priority is a smooth transition and keeping tn4's customer relationships intact. It expects to end the year with more than 150 employees and annual turnover of about £28 million.

The deal was announced on 19 October 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
