center3 appoints Epsilon as reseller for its Saudi internet exchanges

center3 has appointed Epsilon Telecommunications as the reseller partner for its one-IX internet exchanges in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam. Global networks, cloud providers, content aggregators and digital service providers will be able to peer on the platform through Epsilon's international connectivity ecosystem.

center3's exchange platform has been powered by the London Internet Exchange (LINX) since 2019. The company says it is investing in infrastructure and partnerships to support regional internet growth, improve traffic localisation and provide low-latency connectivity for regional and international networks, with access through its carrier-neutral data centres.

The two companies point to streaming, gaming, digital media, cloud services and AI-driven applications as the sectors most likely to benefit, since proximity to users and low latency matter most there.

Hussein Alnajrani, Chief Commercial Officer at center3, said: “The selection of Epsilon as our reseller partner represents an important step in expanding the global reach of center3 Internet Exchange nodes.”

Warren Aw, Chief Commercial Officer at Epsilon Telecommunications, said: “Together, we're making it easier for content providers to connect with users across the Middle East, APAC, and beyond.”

Epsilon is headquartered in Singapore with offices in London and Sofia, and sells connectivity through its Infiny network-as-a-service platform. The partnership was announced on 20 October 2026, with a signing ceremony held at Capacity Europe.
