Aramco Digital and OrbitronAI have signed a commercial partnership to co-develop, deploy and sell AI products aimed at what they call Industrial Value Recovery: finding and recovering money lost across capital projects, contracts and operations. Target sectors are oil and gas, power and utilities, metals and mining, transport and logistics, and manufacturing.
The focus areas are capital productivity, supply chain performance and operational execution, where fragmented information and delayed decisions can hit schedule, cost and returns. OrbitronAI's platform works across structured and unstructured industrial data, connects to enterprise systems and combines agentic reasoning with deterministic execution, with critical calculations, controls and approvals kept under human oversight.
The model is co-development and joint go-to-market. Solutions are built around real industrial use cases, tested and deployed with customers, then turned into repeatable products that can be reused across similar processes. The partnership starts in Saudi Arabia, with an ambition to commercialise globally.
Saulius Adomaitis, co-founder and CEO of OrbitronAI, said: “Together with Aramco Digital, we are building a repeatable model for Industrial Value Recovery: take a high-value industrial process, embed industrial-grade agents into the workflow, recover the value and turn what works into a product that can scale across the industry.”
Ashraf Tahini, CEO of Aramco Digital, said the aim is to convert Aramco's industrial advantage in knowledge, scale and data into scalable AI products for Aramco, its affiliates and the wider industrial market.
OrbitronAI's founders include a former EY Global Oil & Gas Leader and executives with backgrounds at Shell, Tata Steel and DuPont.
