NexGen Cloud Embeds Object Storage for Hyperstack On-Demand AI Services

LONDON, UK, 18th December 2025: NexGen Cloud, the leading AI infrastructure-as-a-service provider, today announced the integration of object storage into its AI-first cloud platform. The strategic enhancement strengthens NexGen Cloud’s ability to support customers of its Hyperstack on-demand AI services platform by enabling them to train, deploy, and scale AI with greater speed, flexibility and cost efficiency while working with exponentially growing datasets.

NexGen Cloud’s object storage implementation introduces a virtualised pool of data that abstracts away the complexity of physical hardware and ensure redundancy, reliability and resilience even in the event of hardware outages. The virtualised storage allows clients to expand capacity seamlessly, use metadata navigation for storage retrieval, and eliminate disruptive migrations or complex storage management. For AI workloads, where data access is as critical as compute power, object storage ensures faster throughput, simplified workflows, and reliable scaling.

NexGen Cloud’s implementation of object storage on Hyperstack is fully cost optimised with an efficient pay-as-you-go pricing model.  Designed for high-volume storage, it can also handle unstructured data and is built on Amazon S3-compatible offering a scalable, secure and an API-compliant solution that easily integrates with existing tools and SDKs.

The integration enables parallel I/O across potentially thousands of GPUs, meaning that NexGen Cloud customers now have the capability to manage petabytes of unstructured AI training data – images, videos, text, logs, and backup files - without bottlenecks. Using HTTP-based APIs (GET/PUT), object storage delivers easy integration across AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Ray and Spark, with training data accessible from anywhere (on-premises, cloud or edge).

“Our mission at NexGen Cloud is to democratise access to world-class AI infrastructure,” said Youlian Tzanev, Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at NexGen Cloud. “The integration of object storage into our AI-first cloud platform removes one of the biggest barriers to AI innovation, which is data access at scale. By embedding this capability directly into our platform, we are empowering customers to train and deploy AI faster, at lower cost, and with greater freedom to innovate.”

The integration reaffirms NexGen Cloud’s commitment to delivering high-performance, sustainable infrastructure to support sovereign and secure AI clouds in Europe. By combining leading-edge compute with scalable storage, NexGen Cloud continues to equip customers with the tools they need to experiment, grow, and commercialise AI technologies.
