Egress Software Technologies, a leading provider of hosted and on-premise encryption services, has produced a follow-up infographic, Information Security Breaches Survey, to the market survey first published in July.

The 2014: The Year of Encryption market survey has shown that the cost of breaches has nearly doubled in the last 12 months. This year we have already seen the damage caused by the Heartbleed vulnerability but human error has also been a contributor.

Highlights of Egress’ 2014: The Year of Encryption are illustrated the infographic below. For more insight on the findings please visit the Egress website.
