“Today we find that many young and innovative companies struggle when trying to create exposure for their businesses,” said Andrew McLean, producer of Disruptive Pitch. “Compare the Cloud Limited is launching www.disruptivepitch.tv which will be a monthly event for the next six months focussing on disruptive technology organisations with the first show streaming live”.
The format of this show will be a live stream backed by a significant advertising campaign to bring in 10,000 relevant online viewers during each episode. Each company pitching will be required within a 3-minute time limit to pitch their respective business or organisation to the four judges and audience to go through to the final round.
“No powerpoint,” added Andrew McLean. “we’re looking for people to explain their technology as they would a client – their elevator pitch as you will. As the show progresses we will work with each finalist to create the perfect pitches for the final show”.
Each month we will have two regular judges from the Compare the Cloud team and two distinguished guest judges from the IT industry. Each team will be scored by industry experts out of ten for their respective pitch with a two finalists announced at the end of each show.
