Huawei unveils SCALE partner framework for Europe at Huawei Connect in Florence

Huawei used the 11th Huawei Connect Europe in Florence on 15 October 2026 to launch SCALE, a framework meant to help its European partners build around customer needs, fold Huawei products into their own offerings and improve their service capabilities.

The framework sits on top of the company's existing “Huawei + Partners” collaboration system. Its initiatives cover scenario-based solutions, co-innovation, aligned marketing, local service, consistent quality and efficient collaboration. Huawei says it now works with more than 5,000 partners in Europe.

David Wang, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Rotating Chairman at Huawei, opened the event with a keynote framed around Europe's twin digital and green transitions. He said: “As Europe's digital and green transitions continue to progress, Huawei is working with over 5,000 partners to solve real customer challenges through technological innovation.”

Leo Chen, Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, set out the company's European strategy, which has two focuses: developing products and solutions tailored to local industry scenarios, and equipping local partners to serve customers better. “We dive into local customer needs and turn technology into action to drive Europe's twin green and digital transition,” he said.

Adolfo Urso, Italy's Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Eugenio Giani, President of the Tuscany Region, and Florence mayor Sara Funaro also addressed the event. Customer and partner speakers came from Auchan Retail, Also, Esprinet Group Italy, Zeliatech and Screening Eagle Technologies.
