Business software group Visma ended the third quarter of 2026 with annualised repeatable revenue (ARR) of EUR 3,139m, up 16.9% in total and 12.9% organically on a year earlier. Its customer base grew 28.1% year on year to 2.9 million across Europe and Latin America.
Year-to-date figures to 30 September show revenue of EUR 2,427m, up 18.3% in total and 12.1% organically. Adjusted EBITDA reached EUR 865m, up 18.2% in total and 15.9% organically.
Chief executive Merete Hverven said the group remains on track to close out another year of solid performance. "Growth remains particularly strong in Visma’s Business segment, where more and more SMBs are choosing our National Business Platforms to help automate critical workflows," she said.
The quarter included acquisitions and ownership changes. Visma bought the Italian e-invoicing product Fattura Elettronica and took majority ownership of the Belgian accounting and tax company Accountable, which it had first backed as a minority investor.
Hverven also pointed to AI built into the core platforms. "With AI built into our core platforms, we are helping them automate everyday work, giving SMBs real-time insight into their business, and equipping accounting offices with the tools to deliver high value advisory services," she said, referring to the 2.9 million customers.
Visma's full Q3 update is on its investor site.
