Precisely adds two commercial leaders as demand for agentic-ready data accelerates

Data integrity software company Precisely has appointed Vinesh Vis as chief revenue officer and Jane Gilson as chief business officer, reinforcing a commercial leadership team built around the growing enterprise push to make data AI-ready.

Vis joins from Smarsh, where he was CRO and general manager, and brings prior experience scaling revenue organisations at Oracle and other enterprise technology companies. His remit spans sales, sales engineering, customer success, renewals and business development globally.

Gilson's background covers more than two decades at organisations including Microsoft, Google and CloudSphere, where she served as chief executive. As CBO, she will lead Precisely's channel and ecosystem strategy, professional and strategic services, revenue operations and go-to-market architecture.

Both appointments come as enterprises face growing pressure to move from AI pilot projects toward production-scale deployments — a shift that depends heavily on the quality and consistency of underlying data. Precisely, which counts 95 of the Fortune 100 among its 12,000 customers across more than 100 countries, positions its Data Integrity Suite as the foundation enterprises need before meaningful AI automation becomes achievable.

CEO Walid Abu-Hadba said the pair bring execution experience that complements the company's market position. Vis and Gilson join the Precisely executive leadership team, reporting directly to Abu-Hadba.
