Most enterprise AI tools start after the work happens: you open a summary, prompt a chatbot, paste in notes. Plaud One is designed to sit in the gap — recording conversations as they occur, building a running layer of context across meetings, and then acting on that context before the next one starts.
The device can be worn as earbuds or used through its standalone case. A built-in eSIM with 4G LTE means it operates independently of a phone, recording calls, video meetings and in-person conversations then uploading them automatically for transcription and summarisation. Unlike single-session transcription tools, Plaud Intelligence — the underlying platform — retains context across conversations days or weeks apart, so the agent can reference a commitment made last Tuesday when preparing a briefing for this Thursday.
At the centre is Plaud Agent, which converts captured context into finished outputs: follow-up emails, structured reports, meeting briefs and presentation drafts. Native integrations cover Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion and Slack, so outputs land in the tools people are already in. The agent also draws on a library of role-specific workflow sets Plaud calls Skills and Plugins.

The use cases the company describes are firmly enterprise: a sales leader who wants a follow-up email ready before their next call; a consultant turning a full day of workshop sessions into a structured findings report without opening a laptop; an executive who needs a quick recap on where a client conversation left off. A chief of staff could set up an automated Monday briefing built from the prior week's discussions.
The Plaud App 4.0 update, rolling out across all Plaud devices in Q4 2026, will carry the new Plaud Intelligence capabilities and a redesigned interface. Plaud reports more than 2.5 million users worldwide since 2023, and holds ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and EN 18031 compliance.
The Plaud One Explorer Edition is priced at £229, with £150 in Plaud credits included. Pre-orders opened at 2pm BST on 27 August. Devices are expected to ship in Q4 2026.
