Oneflow posts positive EBIT in Q3 as net sales rise 17% to MSEK 50.6

Swedish contract automation company Oneflow turned a positive EBIT in the third quarter of 2026, at MSEK 5.4 against a loss of MSEK 5.1 a year earlier. Net sales rose 17% to MSEK 50.6 (43.3), which gave an EBIT margin of 11% compared with minus 12% in the same quarter of 2025.

EBITDA reached MSEK 19.2 (7.1), a 38% margin, and net income came to MSEK 5.2 (minus 5.1). Operating cash flow was MSEK 18.1 (minus 2.3) and net cash flow MSEK 5.0 (minus 16.1), leaving cash and equivalents at MSEK 52.2 (51.1). Net cash flow also turned positive over a rolling twelve months, at MSEK 1.0. Sales outside Sweden made up 45% of the total (41%), with paying customers in 44 countries.

Growth is slower than the profit line suggests. Total annual recurring revenue (ARR) rose 16% year on year to MSEK 208.4 (179.7), and net new ARR for the quarter was MSEK 7.8, down from MSEK 8.5. Currency movements added MSEK 6.9 to ARR since the start of the year, and signed contracts worth MSEK 5.5 are still to be recognised as ARR. Net new ARR for the first nine months rose 22% to MSEK 25.3. ARR per full-time employee increased 35%.

Anders Hamnes, Oneflow's CEO and founder, called the result a milestone. "In the third quarter of 2026 our profitability focus successfully delivered a positive EBIT, an important milestone in Oneflow's journey," he said. On growth he was direct: "While growth remains below our long-term ambitions, we continue to strengthen the underlying business and improve our capacity to scale efficiently."

For January to September, net sales rose 19% to MSEK 147.4 (124.0) and EBIT improved to minus MSEK 3.6 from minus MSEK 45.2. In July, Oneflow completed independent SOC 1 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 1 examinations.

After the quarter closed, the company launched AI Insights Premium, a customisable contract intelligence product. Customers define their own rules and thresholds, analyse contract data across whole portfolios, and pick out commercial exceptions, legal deviations and obligations that need attention, through dashboards aimed at finance and legal teams.

Oneflow has also replaced its previous financial targets. It now aims for sustainable EBIT profitability within existing funding, with the ambition of widening EBIT margins and building sustained positive free cash flow, using the Rule of 40 to balance ARR growth against EBIT margin.
