The new feature allows businesses to apply Tableau’s powerful analytics to NetSuite data at the press of a button, generating real-time insights and enabling more informed data-driven business decisions. In addition, for the first time, businesses can easily utilize Tableau’s advanced data discovery and visual analytic tools to blend NetSuite with non-NetSuite data sources in order to identify business trends, benchmark to industries and find latent low cost, high margin opportunities.

The partnership combines the strengths of respective industry leaders—NetSuite in cloud ERP, CRM and ecommerce, and Tableau, named as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms for the third consecutive time in February 2015. Key features and benefits to businesses include:

  • Seamless business analysis: Through the joint solution, users can easily leverage ERP, CRM and ecommerce data to identify trends, key performance indicators (KPI), and gain insights into overall business performance.
  • Visual analytics: Easy to use data visualization can filter data dynamically, split trends across different categories or run an in-depth cohort analysis.
  • Deep statistics: Export critical business data to run trend analyses, regressions, correlations and more.
  • Interactive Mapping: Beautiful, interactive worldwide maps that provide global insights into business performance.

Available now at no additional cost, the new export feature enables joint customers to export data from NetSuite into a native Tableau file format which can be instantly consumed by both Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online, a hosted SaaS version of Tableau Server that makes cloud analytics possible in just minutes.
