IronKey™ by Imation acquisition by Kingston Digital

In order to further strengthen its investment and commitment into Encrypted USB technology, and to further evolve its solutions for customers of all levels who want to protect mobile data, Kingston today announced it has acquired the technology and assets of IronKey™ from Imation Corp.

Due to regulatory and legal requirements there will be a 30-day integration process where both companies can complete the final details. Until this period ends it will be business as usual for both companies. Expect to see further details as the acquisition completes.
