Lincolnshire Housing Partnership has become the first housing association in the United Kingdom to achieve six Compliance Plus ratings under the National Customer Service Excellence standard. The milestone follows the deployment of FourNet's cloud contact centre platform, which unified the organisation's voice, email, webchat, and social media interactions into a single system with real-time reporting and customer feedback analytics.
LHP manages almost 13,000 homes across Lincolnshire and retained its Customer Service Excellence accreditation while increasing its Compliance Plus ratings from four to six. The independent assessors recognised the organisation's use of customer insight to shape services, its approach to digital innovation, and its commitment to continuous improvement.
FourNet's platform gives advisers a consolidated view of every customer interaction and provides managers with real-time data to track service quality and tenant satisfaction metrics. The system is also supporting LHP's response to Awaab's Law obligations, which have increased regulatory expectations around customer experience, transparency, and tenant engagement for housing providers across the UK.
