Banham Security renews its alarm signalling agreement with AddSecure for two years

Banham Security, a UK security provider, has extended its agreement with AddSecure for a further two years. Under the renewed deal Banham will keep using AddSecure's alarm signalling solutions across its UK operations.

The extension is meant as a base for a wider relationship. The two companies will explore how AddSecure's connected solutions can support Banham's customers, its Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) operations and its growth. Possible areas include connected alerting, secure connectivity, operational communications, CCTV applications, lone worker protection and emergency response. They will also look at white-labelling, product development and ways to bring further connected services into Banham's ARC offering.

No commercial terms were given. The next stage will focus on identifying specific applications, commercial opportunities and integration requirements.

Nick Whiting, VP Alarm Signalling at AddSecure, said: "By combining Banham’s security expertise and established ARC operations with AddSecure’s broad portfolio of secure connected solutions, we see strong potential to create additional value for Banham and its customers". Roger Kay, Associate Director ARC at Banham Security, said: "AddSecure gives us the technology and flexibility to expand our connected services and continue protecting both people and property".
