Matt Halligan has over 30 years’ experience in software development and delivery, across bare metal, private cloud and public cloud environments. He previously served as CTO of Openwave Mobility (now Enea Openwave). Halligan is responsible for advancing and accelerating the innovation of cloud-native business support systems (BSS) and telecom monetisation products. He is a graduate of Ulster University and studied Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
