The deal, announced 2 July 2026, joins two products that have been operating at opposite ends of the revenue process. Common Room assembles fragmented first-party data from CRM, product, marketing, and engagement systems, fuses it with external buying signals, and surfaces person-level buyer intelligence through its RoomieAI agents. Zoom Revenue Accelerator captures and analyses conversations that happen once a deal is in motion, providing coaching, deal tracking, and forecasting. Together, the platforms are intended to cover the full journey from pre-contact research through to close.
Common Room counts Atlassian, Anthropic, Autodesk, Notion, Okta, and Snowflake among its go-to-market users. Its RoomieAI agents handle account and contact research, personalise outreach, and surface qualified prospects inside tools revenue teams already use, without additional vendor integrations.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close within weeks, subject to customary conditions.
