Digital delivery consultancy AND Digital is adding senior leadership in the United States. Daniel Durham joins as Chief for Client Partnerships, based in Charlotte, with a brief to build the firm's go-to-market strategy and help clients get returns on AI, data and cloud investments.
Durham has more than 25 years in consulting and business transformation, with a record in growing revenue, improving customer experience, optimising operations and managing risk. He has held managing director roles at North Highland, Curinos and Slalom, and was previously a partner at EY.
AND Digital says its US business has expanded by more than 400% year on year, and Durham follows other recent US hires including Catherine Rousseau and John Bintu. The company is aiming at the mid-market, particularly companies with revenues between $500M and $10B.
Durham said the firm's approach to client work was what drew him to the role.
"What attracted me to AND Digital is our approach to helping organizations rethink how they work." said Daniel Durham.
The approach, as Durham outlined it, is to identify cost savings first to fund modernisation, then use AND Digital's 'Guide, Build, Equip' model to build clients' own AI and digital capabilities.
Mike Lee, AND Digital's US president, framed the hire as part of that push.
"C-suite executives don't want standalone AI experiments - they need a trusted partner who can unlock cost efficiencies to self-fund deep technology modernization as we have successfully been doing with our clients." said Mike Lee.
