Noel Moran

Noel founded Prepaid Financial Services (PFS) in 2007 and has led the company through dramatic growth to become one of the leading e-money payments institutions in Europe. Prior to founding PFS, Noel was Business and IT Operations Director at Altair Financial Services Ltd. a prepaid programme manager where he was tasked with setting up the company up from scratch.

Noel has extensive experience in the financial services and payments sector, having worked for a number of bank and payments solutions companies during his career including RDE Europe, RBS Style Financial Services, Co-operative Bank, MBNA Europe and Allied Irish Banks. A recognised figure within the emerging payments community, Noel was a finalist for the ‘Payments Pioneer of the Year’ award - Payments Awards, ‘Emerging Payments Entrepreneur of the Year’ award - Emerging Payments Awards in 2015, and ‘EY Entrepreneur of the Year Ireland' in 2016.
