Ian Aitchison

Ian Aitchison is the ITSM Product Director at Ivanti software – the leading provider of User Centred IT Solutions. His role is to define, communicate and lead Ivanti’s ITSM strategy, and to ensure the continued delivery of valuable and innovative technology solutions to IT business problems worldwide. A father of two, when not working or parenting, Ian sails and plays the ukulele badly. He also tweets frequently, blogs occasionally, and is – in his own words – ‘mildly amusing at times’.
