Alison is a Member of Faculty and Programme Director at Ashridge Executive Education where she designs and delivers executive education and consulting initiatives. In November 2018 Alison was announced on the Thinkers50 Radar, recognising her work on Cognitive Diversity. Alison is an active researcher and writer.
