Alison Reynolds

Alison is a Member of Faculty and Programme Director at Ashridge Executive Education where she designs and delivers executive education and consulting initiatives. In November 2018 Alison was announced on the Thinkers50 Radar, recognising her work on Cognitive Diversity. Alison is an active researcher and writer. Her work features consistently in Harvard Business Review and she has two forthcoming books ‘What Philosophy can teach us about leadership’ published by Kogan Page in September 2019. ‘The Qi Effect: Unlocking the Power of Interaction’ published by Unbound.
