Kevin J. Smith

Kevin J Smith is Senior Vice President at Ivanti, a role he has held since 2003. He is responsible for product strategy, client success and is a key IT thought leader for the global Ivanti business. Before joining the company, he spent nine years with NASA as a Flight Design Manager and ten years with Manugistics as VP Solutions Management. Kevin is also the author of three books: ‘The Practical Guide to World-Class IT Service Management’ (2017), ‘The IT Imperative’ (2018) and ‘One IT, One Business’ (2019). Kevin holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
