Two Nordic technology companies with complementary specialisms have formed a strategic partnership: Proact, which operates hybrid cloud and data infrastructure for mission-critical environments, and Truesec, a cybersecurity specialist with the largest Security Operations Centre in the Nordics.
The combination is aimed squarely at the complex end of the market. Proact serves medium-to-large organisations and public sector entities where availability, regulatory compliance, and data sovereignty are non-negotiable. Truesec brings over 120,000 hours of incident response experience and more than 400 security specialists.
We are seeing growing demand for integrated infrastructure and security deliveries, particularly in more complex IT environments. Through the partnership with Truesec, we are expanding our already strong partner ecosystem, portfolio and cybersecurity capabilities. This further strengthens our ability to help medium-sized and large organisations, as well as public sector entities, continuously enhance their resilience in an increasingly complex and high-risk environment
At Truesec, we believe cybersecurity should be accessible to every organisation. Through our partnership with Proact, we are making cyber defence more accessible and ensuring that organisations of all sizes can stay protected in an increasingly complex threat landscape
For Proact, the deal forms part of a broader strategy to grow its services business and increase recurring revenue. The company, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm under PACT, employs around 1,100 people across 12 countries and has over 2,000 active customers.
