IoT platform Wireless Logic shortlisted for Private Business of the Year 2026

The awards, sponsored by BDO and now in their second year, celebrate UK private and PE-backed businesses with turnover between £10m and £500m. More than 700 nominations were assessed by an independent judging panel; winners will be announced at a gala dinner at The Savoy Hotel in London on 10 September 2026.

For Reading-based Wireless Logic, the recognition arrives 25 years after the company's founding. The business has grown to serve 25,000 enterprise customers through 750 network partner relationships, operating a carrier-independent, subscription-based model across sectors including card payments, EV charging, healthcare monitoring and industrial IoT. It holds a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leaders position for the second consecutive year and is backed by Montagu Private Equity and General Atlantic.

"Being shortlisted for Private Business of the Year is a proud moment for Wireless Logic and a reflection of what our team has built over the past 25 years. Our work is often invisible, but it keeps millions of business-critical devices connected, from payment terminals and EV charge points to healthcare and energy systems," said Oliver Tucker, CEO.

Tucker added that the shortlist reflects the company's international expansion and its move into managed security and IoT infrastructure beyond core connectivity.

The 2026 shortlist spans diverse sectors and regions across the UK. Previous winners included Totalmobile, Flagstone Group and Cycle Pharma.
