The agents, branded Forter Prism, are designed to replace manual review cycles in the workflows commerce teams spend the most time on. Each targets a specific decision point: the Analytics Agent surfaces insights across risk, transactions, and business performance; the Dispute Agent automates chargeback disputes; the Abuse Agent builds protection policies against returns and promotion fraud; the Payments Agent monitors authorisation rates and recommends improvements; and the Integration Agent uses an AI coding assistant to reduce Forter deployment time by three times.
Alongside the agents, Forter is offering early access to its Model Context Protocol implementation. The MCP lets merchant teams query Forter's intelligence network — built on data from approximately two billion shoppers and nearly one million merchants — from inside AI tools they already use, including Claude and ChatGPT, without switching between systems. Corporate permissions and security controls carry over.
"The merchants winning right now are the ones who can move from signal to action faster than their competitors, and that gap only grows. Forter's agents ground fraud and revenue decisions in a network of two billion shoppers, giving commerce teams that edge."Vince Koh, Global Head, AWS Digital Commerce
"We've always built AI solutions for the people behind commerce who work tirelessly to offer the best experience to their consumers. Intelligence is now accessible in seconds, in context, and with the accuracy our global network has built over 13 years. These AI agents create a competitive advantage for every Forter customer who can now accelerate time-to-impact across the entire customer journey."Eran Vanounou, CTO, Forter
Forter's existing customer base includes Nordstrom, Instacart, and Priceline.
