AvePoint raises full-year ARR guidance again as Q3 SaaS revenue climbs 26% to $105.5 million

AvePoint, the AI data security and governance company, reported third-quarter SaaS revenue of $105.5 million, up 26% year on year, and raised its full-year annual recurring revenue (ARR) guidance again.

Total revenue rose 19% to $131.1 million. ARR reached $495.1 million, a 27% increase on the same point last year.

For the full year AvePoint now forecasts revenue of between $511.3 million and $513.3 million, with ARR expected to land between $524.8 million and $528.8 million.

The results arrive as the company widens its AI governance and security offering. It recently announced the AvePoint Trust Platform, which extends oversight beyond data and AI agents to models, MCP servers and AI skills. Dr Tianyi Jiang, known as TJ, is AvePoint's co-founder and chief executive.
