About
Photarix develops chip-scale semiconductor devices that emit single photons at telecom wavelengths, forming the hardware layer for quantum-secure key exchange over real-world fibre networks. The company's light emitter devices are designed to work with existing fibre infrastructure, reducing the cost and complexity of deploying quantum-secure communication outside research settings. Photarix targets governments, telecom operators and organisations planning long-term security strategies against threats from both current and future computational capabilities, including those posed by quantum computers.
