Keith Wilkinson is VP Cloud EMEA at Genesys, the market leader in omnichannel customer experience and contact centre solutions. 

Keith has worked at Genesys for 13 years, moving from Sales Director to VP and General Manager UK and Ireland, to VP UK, Ireland and Southeast Africa, before heading up Cloud in EMEA.

Keith holds a Bsc in Computer Science from The University of Kingston.
