The two additions address a pattern familiar to most IT teams: engineers diagnose the same fault, apply the same fix, and then repeat the process the next time the same issue appears. Automations converts a validated resolution for recurring problems (low disk space, a failed service, or a misconfiguration, for example) into a policy-driven workflow that runs automatically when that condition recurs, without waiting for someone to notice and intervene.
The Resolution Centre handles issues that still require human attention. Rather than routing work through a separate ticketing system, it brings device context, remediation actions, and script deployment into a single workspace so the person handling the case can act without switching tools. Every action is logged automatically, producing a record of what happened, who acted, and what was done, available for reference after a case closes.
TeamViewer has also connected its AI-assisted troubleshooting, knowledge capture, scripting, and automated remediation into a single workflow within the product. The company describes the combined release as a step towards autonomous endpoint management, where each resolved issue helps teams respond faster to similar problems in future.
TeamViewer ONE is available to the company's customer base of more than 600,000 organisations, from small businesses to large enterprises. TeamViewer is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker TMV.
