Systal takes furthest-right Completeness of Vision spot in Gartner's 2026 Managed Network Services report

For the third consecutive cycle, Systal Technology Solutions has landed in the Leaders quadrant of Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Managed Network Services — and in the 2026 edition, the Glasgow-based firm sits further right on Completeness of Vision than any of the other sixteen vendors in the assessment.

The April 2026 report, authored by Gartner analysts Karen Brown and Jon Dressel, evaluates seventeen vendors across execution ability and forward vision. Systal's furthest-right position on Completeness of Vision places it ahead of larger, better-resourced integrators on the roadmap dimension — a result the company attributes partly to its Secure AI Manager (SAM) platform, which automates network operations and monitoring across multi-vendor environments.

Founded in 2008, Systal operates across more than 3,500 enterprise sites in 93 countries, providing managed network, cloud, and security transformation services. The recognition comes during a period of sustained commercial growth: FY25 revenue reached £85.7 million, up 19% year-on-year, with EBITDA of £9.0 million, an increase of 79%. That margin expansion alongside revenue growth suggests the business is scaling without proportionate cost inflation.

Neil Nicolson, CEO at Systal, said: "Today's enterprise organisations operate in highly complex, multi-vendor network environments and need partners who can not only run them reliably but continuously optimise and evolve them in line with rapid advances in AI and automation."

Nicolson added: "We believe this recognition reflects Systal's ability to deliver managed network services at scale while reducing operational and security risk. It reinforces our commitment to setting a higher standard for managed services, and our ambition to become the world's most trusted technology partner."
