Solitics brings agentic AI to retail banking CRM with five-agent Saai suite

Saai (Solitics Agentic Artificial Intelligence) comprises five specialised agents: Strategist, Analyst, Troubleshooter, Builder, and Orchestrator. A marketing or product team member provides a natural-language objective and the system generates a fully configured customer journey, covering audience definition, trigger conditions, channel selection, messaging, and journey logic, ready for deployment within minutes.

The platform runs entirely within each bank's existing Solitics environment and works with data and configurations already in place, meaning there is no requirement for a separate data migration or model training process before use.

Use cases span the core retail banking customer lifecycle: KYC onboarding, account activation, card usage campaigns, savings adoption, and customer retention. Solitics is offering a 45-day integration guarantee.

Compliance has been a persistent barrier to AI adoption in financial services, with many automation tools struggling to fit within the approval chains and audit requirements that regulated institutions must maintain. Solitics says Saai operates within existing compliance workflows, permissions, and audit controls, which the company says removes a significant obstacle for marketing teams that must obtain sign-off before deploying customer communications.

Tomer Baumel, CEO and Founder of Solitics, says teams will be able to turn complex multi-discipline workflows “into a fully autonomous 24/7 customer engagement machine” once the platform is fully adopted.

Solitics describes itself as a SaaS customer engagement and marketing automation platform. Saai extends that proposition into autonomous campaign generation, with each of the five agents handling a distinct area: strategic planning, data analysis, problem identification, journey construction, and cross-agent coordination respectively.

The announcement arrives as enterprise martech vendors across the sector have been adding AI-assisted workflow features. Most efforts so far have focused on content generation and copy optimisation; fewer have attempted to automate end-to-end journey orchestration within a compliance-ready framework for a regulated sector.
