Precisely has released the autumn 2026 update to EngageOne RapidCX, adding three embedded AI agents and intelligent archive search aimed at regulated industries that need to produce, audit, and retrieve customer communications at scale.
The three new agents address distinct stages in the communications workflow. A Communication Builder Agent generates brand-compliant templates from natural-language prompts, cutting the time development teams spend translating requirements into formatted content. A Compliance Risk Scoring Agent applies customer-defined policies and business rules before distribution, flagging content that may need review and maintaining an audit trail. A PII Masking Insight Agent detects and suggests masking for personally identifiable information in on-demand communications, with mandatory resolution workflows and logging to reduce the risk of accidental data exposure.
A fourth addition, Intelligent Archive Search, lets users run natural-language, fuzzy, and semantic queries against archived communications rather than relying on exact filenames or metadata.
