Planisware, the Paris-listed project portfolio management software company, reported €106.1 million in first-half 2026 revenue and released Prisma, an AI operating layer built to run autonomous task execution inside its existing platform.
Project portfolio management software sits at an unglamorous intersection of spreadsheets, governance gates and executive dashboards — and Planisware has posted a first-half result that makes the case for unglamour. SaaS and hosting revenues grew 20.7% year on year. The company serves around 650 clients across 35 countries, with BAT, Ford, PepsiCo, Primark, Novuna and Martin-Baker in its customer base. Its UK and Ireland division, based in MediaCity in Manchester, is marking a ten-year anniversary this year.
The financial results landed alongside the formal release of Prisma, Planisware's AI-native operating layer, unveiled at the Exchange26 EMEA conference in Paris last month. Prisma embeds multi-level reasoning and governed task execution directly inside the Planisware interface, working on live enterprise data. The pitch to enterprises: automate data entry, maintain a full audit trail, and run AI-directed actions without leaving the platform or surrendering governance controls.
The "agents inside the platform" model is one approach enterprise software firms are taking to the AI transition. Keeping execution within Planisware's environment, rather than routing through an external assistant, may matter for organisations with strict data residency or audit requirements — sectors like aerospace, financial services and pharma, which Planisware explicitly targets.
