The FY26 figures reflect wider market pressure: organisations are trying to stabilise hybrid infrastructure, accelerate digital transformation, and close skills gaps across cloud, infrastructure and security, often by outsourcing to managed service providers rather than building capability in-house.
Phoenix47's geographic expansion centred on two new markets. A support centre opened in South Africa strengthens delivery coverage; the launch of Phoenix47 UAE in Dubai was designed to serve rising demand across the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe. Within its first year of operation, the UAE entity secured projects with enterprise customers across technology, cybersecurity and data resilience.
The company also reached a commercial milestone with Fusion47, its agentic AI platform for support and help desk operations. The beta release, which Phoenix47 says delivers up to a 62% efficiency boost for support engineers by replacing reactive ticket handling with automated assistance, is slated for full launch in October 2026.
Ed Crane, CEO at Phoenix47, said: “FY26 has been a year of building Phoenix47 for the future investing in people, processes and the technology needed to support our customers who are operating in complex environments. It has been extremely encouraging that our customers are seeing us as long term partners, and as we move into FY27, our focus is to rapidly scale, further enhance our presence in key markets and keep innovating our proposition and services to continue delivering greater value to customers.”
Early FY27 figures show 20% bookings growth in Q1, with renewal rates rising and contract terms lengthening from one-year to three-year agreements. The company attributed the shift to customers treating Phoenix47 as a longer-term partner rather than a transactional supplier.
