Mphasis Joins Microsoft Intelligent Security Association

Mphasis (BSE: 526299; NSE: MPHASIS) has joined the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), a community of security software and services firms established by Microsoft in 2018. Membership reflects that a partner's products integrate meaningfully with Microsoft Security technology, a bar that has become more significant as Microsoft's security platform has grown to span endpoint, identity, cloud, and data governance.

The Mphasis offering at the centre of the announcement is its Managed Security Services, listed on Microsoft Marketplace, which is built on Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra, Intune, and Purview. Mphasis also runs a Cyber Fusion Center service and advisory practice around the same stack. The company frames both around what it calls "Agentic AI accelerators" that are intended to speed threat detection and response beyond what the underlying Microsoft tools deliver out of the box.

"Mphasis' inclusion in the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association reflects its deep alignment with Microsoft Security platforms and our expertise in delivering AI-driven, data-centric, and automation-first cybersecurity solutions," said Srikumar Ramanathan, Chief Solutions Officer at Mphasis. "We are committed to delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions and services that protect enterprises and transform how they manage and mitigate modern-day cyber risks."

For Microsoft, MISA is a way of extending the reach of its security platform through services partners who embed it into managed offerings. "The Microsoft Intelligent Security Association has grown into a vibrant ecosystem comprised of the most reliable and trusted security vendors across the globe," said Maria Thomson, Director of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association. "Our members, like Mphasis, share Microsoft's commitment to collaboration within the cybersecurity community to improve our customers' ability to predict, detect, and respond to security threats faster."

Mphasis operates across financial services, logistics, and technology verticals and is listed on Indian exchanges. The Microsoft relationship extends what is a significant managed services business in markets including the UK and US.
