The G-Cloud framework allows central government, NHS trusts, local authorities, and other public bodies to source pre-approved cloud services without running a full procurement exercise. For inploi, which has handled millions of job applications across more than 70,000 vacancies since launching its enterprise platform, the listing opens a direct sales route into a sector where it already has a foothold through a number of NHS customers.
The platform is built to sit on top of existing applicant tracking systems rather than replace them, combining AI-powered candidate engagement, dynamic application journeys, accessible careers sites, and analytics that the company says help talent acquisition teams reduce manual workload at scale. In a public sector where HR infrastructure is frequently tied to legacy procurement cycles, the ability to layer new tooling without forcing wholesale system replacement matters.
Matthew de la Hey, co-founder and CEO, said the procurement listing addresses a specific friction public sector hiring teams face: "Public sector organisations are under increasing pressure to hire efficiently while delivering the kind of digital experience candidates now expect. Being selected for G-Cloud 15 makes it significantly easier for organisations to access technology that improves hiring outcomes without replacing the systems they already rely on."
The announcement follows a £3 million funding round earlier this year led by YFM Equity Partners, secured to fund international expansion and the rollout of AI-powered Talent Agents. Commercial customers include Compass Group, wagamama, GAIL's, and PureGym alongside the NHS trust base.

De la Hey also said the G-Cloud listing would let the company extend AI capabilities including Talent Agents to more public sector bodies, with the stated goal of reducing cost and manual effort in recruitment while "delivering substantial cost-savings across that support struggling public sector finances."
