Infosys Aster Named Leader in Everest Group's 2026 Marketing Transformation Assessment

Everest Group has placed Infosys Aster in the Leader category of its 2026 Marketing Transformation Services PEAK Matrix, citing the company's agentic commerce capabilities and AI-first approach to end-to-end marketing operations — a recognition that lands as enterprises increasingly route marketing decisions through AI systems rather than point tools.

The assessment evaluated 29 providers on vision, capabilities, and market impact. Everest Group's analysis highlighted Infosys Aster's proprietary IP portfolio across content supply chain, workflow automation, commerce, and media optimisation, as well as its Adobe 360 partnership for marketing transformation programmes.

Infosys Aster is the company's AI-amplified marketing suite, built on the Infosys Topaz AI platform. It covers the marketing value chain from data and content to commerce and personalisation, with agentic workflows designed to automate the points where fragmented tools and manual review have traditionally slowed enterprise marketing teams.

"Today, CMOs are the growth-architects of enterprises. They are navigating organizational complexities, evolving customer needs, fragmented workflows, and mounting stakeholder expectations. They continue to operate with siloed and legacy ecosystem, struggling to achieve value through AI. Infosys Aster connects the entire marketing value chain centered around driving marketing impact and efficiency through deep industry solutions and agentic workflows, underpinned by robust insights, governance, and trust. This recognition affirms that our approach helps clients turn their ambition into measurable outcomes," said Joydeep Mukherjee, EVP and Head of Global Data and AI, Digital and Creative Services at Infosys.

"The marketing and experience services market is entering a new phase as enterprises seek end-to-end marketing transformation amid budget pressures, demand for measurable outcomes, and growing adoption of AI and agentic AI. Providers that combine strategic guidance, AI-enabled execution, and outcome accountability are best positioned to lead the next phase of market evolution," said Nitish Mittal, Partner at Everest Group.

The Everest Group notes that its PEAK Matrix assessments are independent and that no organisation pays a fee to influence its placement.
