Vulnerability submissions on HackerOne's platform surged 76 percent year-over-year in March 2026, while the share of those reports actually resolved dropped from 73 percent to 27 percent. The growing backlog is the problem a new integration with Wiz is designed to address.
HackerOne, which describes itself as a leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management, announced the integration with Wiz, now part of Google Cloud, on 13 May. The connection brings validated findings from HackerOne's bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure, pentesting, and AI red teaming programmes directly into Wiz's Security Graph and Attack Surface Management capabilities.
The result is a real-time view of risk mapped to specific cloud environments, giving security teams a way to understand the blast radius of a given vulnerability across infrastructure, identities, and data, and prioritise remediation based on proven exploitability rather than theoretical scoring.
Oron Noah, VP Product for Extensibility and Partnerships at Wiz, said: "Context is what turns security findings into meaningful action. Through our partnership with HackerOne, customers can bring validated exploitability into the broader context of their cloud environments. The integration helps teams focus on the biggest risks so they can prioritise remediation with greater clarity and confidence."
The integration sits within HackerOne's PartnerOne Technology Alliance Program, which connects security tools into what the company calls a find-to-fix cycle across discovery, validation, prioritisation, and remediation.
John Addeo, VP of Global Channels at HackerOne, said: "PartnerOne is built around a simple idea: customers get stronger security outcomes when the tools they rely on work better together. Our partnership with Wiz reflects that mission by bringing validated risk into the cloud security workflows teams already use. Together, we're helping teams close the gap between discovery and remediation by moving from reactive vulnerability management to proactive exposure reduction."
The HackerOne and Wiz integration is available now.
