The media company behind more than 200 titles — including TechRadar, PC Gamer, and a portfolio reaching one in three UK adults online — has selected Telehouse as its colocation partner for London, deploying ten racks in a private cage at Telehouse South.
Future Publishing, which operates a combined print circulation of over 3 million and employs more than 3,000 people globally, selected Telehouse following a competitive review of its London data centre footprint. The deployment began earlier in 2026 and consolidates performance-critical infrastructure for Future's digital platforms at a facility within Telehouse's Docklands campus.
The private cage configuration gives Future physical isolation alongside Telehouse's connectivity fabric. Telehouse's London Docklands campus is positioned as Europe's most connected data centre campus.
Future cited account management continuity as a notable factor in the selection — the same Telehouse team that handled initial conversations remained involved through to delivery, a point that carries weight in data centre moves where institutional knowledge is easily lost across handoffs. Telehouse met Future's project timelines, enabling the customer to begin building out the space at the start of the year.
John Davies, Senior Director of Infrastructure and Security, Future Publishing, said: "What stood out from the start was the quality of the relationship and the continuity of support. From our first conversations through to delivery, we worked with the same people, which made the whole process straightforward and efficient. Telehouse delivered on the timelines agreed, the site itself was highly impressive, and the team has been responsive and easy to work with throughout. For us, this gives us the resilience, connectivity, and flexibility we need across our London data centre environment."
Harry Pyant, Sales Manager, Telehouse Europe, said: "Future Publishing needed a secure, resilient and well-connected data centre environment in London that could be delivered on time and support the business as it grows. Just as importantly, they wanted a partner they could work closely with and trust throughout the process. We are delighted to have been selected by Future Publishing and look forward to supporting the team as their requirements continue to evolve."
Future's platforms underpin content delivery for titles spanning technology, gaming, entertainment, and specialist consumer verticals. The company described the new infrastructure as the foundation for future expansion as it assesses requirements in additional markets.
