Extreme Networks accredits Infinigate UK&I for partner-led post-sales support

PartnerWorks positions distributors as first-line support rather than pure logistics intermediaries. Under the model, Infinigate takes primary support contact for ExtremeWorks Maintenance Services customers, with Extreme Networks handling escalation. For resellers, that means more direct control over the service relationship and a mechanism for building recurring support revenue alongside hardware deals.

Infinigate is pairing the accreditation with its Network Assessment Service, powered by Auvik. The managed visibility layer provides automated network discovery, continuous monitoring, live topology mapping and traffic analysis — tools the distributor is positioning as a commercial lever for partners who want to extend their role beyond break-fix support.

“By combining PartnerWorks-enabled support with Network Assessment Services powered by Auvik, we are giving partners a straightforward way to add margin, improve visibility across customer networks and deliver a service that customers genuinely value,” said Paul Tedford, Head of Sales & Service Delivery at Infinigate UK&I.

Infinigate Group operates across EMEA and ANZ as a distributor focused on cybersecurity, cloud and network infrastructure. In the UK market, the Auvik-powered assessment service is exclusive to Infinigate’s PartnerWorks offer, meaning it is not available through other Extreme Networks distribution channels in the region.
