Exabeam extends agent behaviour analytics to Google Cloud's Agent Development Kit

Enterprises rolling out AI agents have a monitoring problem. Autonomous software that plans, calls APIs and acts on data often carries the same system-level authority as a trusted human insider, yet security teams rarely have comparable visibility into what those agents are doing, how they interact with one another, or when their behaviour drifts from a baseline. That is the gap Exabeam has set its Agent Behavior Analytics (ABA) product against, and on 22 April the Broomfield, Colorado vendor said it is extending the capability to cover agents built with Google Cloud's Agent Development Kit (ADK) and, through an integration framework, the forthcoming Google Agent Gateway for multi-agent workflows.

The update widens ABA's reach across the Google agent ecosystem, which includes Gemini Enterprise, custom agents built with ADK, and coordinated multi-agent systems. Exabeam said the product baselines normal behaviour, flags anomalies and correlates activity across agents, so analysts can track both individual agent actions and cross-agent workflows from one place. When the Agent Gateway integration lands, ABA will ingest agent-to-agent interactions, map workflow relationships and look for anomalous patterns across distributed systems.

Agentic AI represents a fundamental shift in how applications are built and operated. By extending our Agent Behavior Analytics to include agents developed with Google Cloud's Agent Development Kit, we are enabling security teams to maintain trust and visibility across the full lifecycle of intelligent agents.

A customer view

Exabeam cited Resorts World Las Vegas as an early reference point.

As we bring more AI agents into the business, we need a clear understanding of how those agents behave, how they interact with systems and data, and where potential risk can emerge. What Exabeam is doing in Agent Behavior Analytics is exactly the kind of innovation we have been looking for. It addresses a rising challenge organizations are facing as AI adoption grows and gives us greater confidence that we can move forward securely while getting more value from AI across our operations.

Eric Santa Cruz, Architect, IT Security at Resorts World Las Vegas

ABA sits inside the Exabeam New-Scale Security Operations Platform and is available to existing customers at no additional cost. The Agent Gateway, which Exabeam described as upcoming, does not yet have a general-availability date from Google.
