Eurasian telecoms group backs UK eSIM platform to target MVNO and travel connectivity markets

TNS Global, a wholesale telecoms and digital infrastructure group rooted in Kazakhstan and headquartered in Dubai, has led a strategic investment round in eSIM Go, a UK B2B eSIM platform that is positioning itself at two high-growth intersections: travel connectivity and MVNO enablement. The deal brings capital and geographic reach to a company that has grown organically since 2020 and launched a UK MVNO in partnership with Vodafone Three last year.

eSIM Go's MVNO product lets brands launch consumer mobile services at lower cost and complexity than traditional operator routes. Since the UK MVNO went live in the second half of 2025, the platform has signed dozens of commercial partnerships, with Loopdl, SecondSIM, Faith Mobile, and Symu among those already live. The company sees the UK market as an early template for international rollout.

Zacc Couldrick, co-founder and CEO at eSIM Go, said: "Our focus is profitable and cash-generative growth, scaling early success in the UK MVNO market, and consolidating our market leadership in the eSIM enabler space. This investment marks a new era for eSIM Go, as we mature the company upon the solid foundations of a resilient team and best-in-class technology at the experience layer."

The travel eSIM market runs alongside the MVNO story. Juniper Research forecasts 37% compound annual growth in travel eSIM through 2030, driven by demand from travel brands, fintechs, and mobile operators for digital roaming alternatives that can be embedded rather than distributed as physical SIMs. eSIM Go operates coverage across 1,200-plus networks in more than 190 countries.

Obaid Rahman, Group CEO at TNS Global, said: "We are excited to support eSIM Go in its next phase of growth. The company represents a strong strategic fit with our vision to expand into scalable, profitable and high-growth digital connectivity segments, complementing our core digital infrastructure footprint."

Rahman brings telecoms experience from Axiata, du, Ooredoo, and Cable & Wireless. TNS Global's network spans connections between Europe, the Middle East, Asia and beyond, giving eSIM Go a route into Eurasian markets as a first expansion target. Emerging regions including Africa, Latin America, and parts of Asia are flagged as subsequent opportunities. The investment amount was not disclosed.
