The arrangement means businesses with enterprise OpenAI contracts can apply a portion of those commitments to qualifying DevRev products without separate procurement. At launch, customers discover DevRev through the Marketplace Directory and contract with the company directly.
DevRev’s platform connects enterprise systems, including service desks, identity management, and operational software, with AI agents that can take configured actions on behalf of customers and employees. An employee making a standard software access request in Slack, for example, can have DevRev apply identity and entitlement policies, provision an approved licence, update a system of record, and log the action, with the request routed to a person only when it falls outside configured boundaries.
The company positions the offering as covering two ends of a service spectrum: fully autonomous AI for repeatable, bounded requests, and a collaborative mode in which AI prepares context and supports a human decision for situations requiring judgement, accountability, or relationship awareness.
Adnan Bhutta, CVP, Business and Alliances at DevRev, said: “OpenAI is changing the intelligence available to every business. DevRev makes that intelligence operational across customer and employee service, where customers expect resolution and employees need the knowledge and ability to move work forward. The OpenAI Marketplace gives customers a more direct way to bring DevRev into their AI strategy through the OpenAI commitment they already have.”
Brian Landsman, VP Global Partnerships at OpenAI, said: “With the OpenAI Marketplace, enterprise customers can now use their existing OpenAI commitments to access solutions built by partners like DevRev on OpenAI’s models and platform.”
DevRev was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Palo Alto.
