British Triathlon consolidates member data for the first time in partnership with Netcompany and Huble

For the first time, British Triathlon's membership records, communications and insight systems sit within a single, joined-up platform. The governing body has completed the core milestone of a digital transformation programme delivered with technology consultancy Netcompany and HubSpot partner Huble, replacing a technology stack that kept member data fragmented across the Home Nations of England, Scotland and Wales.

The programme — which brings together Triathlon England, Triathlon Scotland and Welsh Triathlon under a shared view of member engagement — is designed to make routine digital interactions simpler for members and participants, and to give British Triathlon more consistent data for planning and decision-making.

Alongside the membership and CRM overhaul, the partnership carries a community commitment. Through the Swim Bike Run Neighbourhood Partnership with British Triathlon and Active Bradford, Netcompany is funding access to sport for children in Bradford. More than 120 children took part in free pop-up duathlons in Keighley and Wyke in the three months to June 2026, the Bradford Girl Power project reached more than 400 children in schools, and free park duathlons are continuing across the district.

The transformation is also timed with World Championship Series racing returning to London in 2026, giving British Triathlon a stronger platform for engaging both spectators and participants during a high-profile year for the sport.

Netcompany will continue to support the programme as it develops through 2026 and beyond.
