BP3 Global has appointed Richard Neish as chief executive officer, tasked with growing the process automation firm's agentic orchestration practice in North America and Europe. Neish joins from Crosstide and previously served as global chief strategy officer at Kin + Carta.
The appointment comes as enterprise attention shifts from building individual AI agents to orchestrating multiple agents, human teams and processes within governance frameworks. BP3, which holds Camunda platinum partner status and an Automic workload automation practice with Broadcom, positions that capability as a differentiator in the regulated industries it serves.
"Richard brings highly relevant leadership and experience at precisely the moment our industry is shifting from experimenting with AI agents to orchestrating at scale in regulated industries that demand clear guardrails. Richard has the combination of strategic thinking, commercial ambition and operational discipline to drive BP3 onto its next stage of growth," said Andrew Littlejohns, chair at BP3.
Neish brings more than 20 years in enterprise technology consulting and large-scale data and AI transformation. At Kin + Carta he led strategic planning and execution as global chief strategy officer, heading the evolution of its custom software and data transformation proposition.
Richard Neish said: "Agentic orchestration is the natural evolution of the process automation leadership BP3 has built its reputation on for nearly two decades. The enterprise customers we work with don't want to throw out the structure, compliance, and control they've invested in - they want to extend it with agents that can make judgment calls inside those guardrails. The hard part isn't building a single clever agent; it's coordinating agents and people together across business-critical processes, with a clear record of who - or what - made each decision, and why. This is precisely where BP3 excels and I'm looking forward to working with our expert staff and market-leading partners to innovate and scale our customer's agentic success."
BP3 operates globally with offices in the UK, Netherlands, Portugal and the USA.
