beqom launches PaySuite to replace spreadsheet-led compensation planning

beqom has launched PaySuite, a platform that combines compensation management, performance management, pay equity and pay transparency in one system. It acts as a layer on top of an organisation's existing HR information system, so customers do not have to replace it.

The Swiss vendor says running compensation on spreadsheets creates financial and operational risk, particularly as rules such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive take effect. It cites figures that 76% of firms cannot provide a unified view of Total Rewards and that compensation specialists spend more than 150 hours per cycle on manual reconciliations.

PaySuite is built around what beqom calls Intentional AI, which produces explainable, auditable recommendations while leaving the final decision with people. The PaySuite Data Platform takes data through automated file transfers, distributed uploads, scheduled APIs, programmatic connectors and self-service tools. beqom says HR teams can adjust strategy during an active compensation cycle without waiting in IT queues.

Clare Bonham, Chief Product Officer at beqom, said: “PaySuite gives organisations the intelligence, flexibility and control to take every pay decision.”

The launch was announced on 20 October 2026. Pricing and availability were not given.
