AGI Inc Enables New Agentic Capabilities for Devices Powered by Snapdragon

AGI, Inc. has announced new agentic AI capabilities for devices powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon platform, enabling on-device AI agents that can autonomously interact with applications and perform complex tasks without cloud dependency.

On-Device AI Agents

The AGI platform enables computer-use capabilities directly on Snapdragon-powered devices, allowing AI agents to navigate applications, complete multi-step workflows, and interact with user interfaces — all processed locally on the device rather than in the cloud.

The platform has achieved the number one position on the AndroidWorld leaderboard, a benchmark for evaluating AI agents operating autonomously on Android devices.

On-device AI agents represent a fundamental shift in how people will interact with their devices. By processing everything locally on Snapdragon, we deliver the responsiveness and privacy that users expect whilst enabling capabilities that were previously only possible with cloud-based systems.

Qualcomm Partnership

AGI's agentic capabilities showcase the power of on-device AI processing on Snapdragon. Together, we are enabling a new generation of intelligent devices that can truly act on behalf of their users.

Vinesh Sukumar, Vice President, Qualcomm

The partnership positions Snapdragon as a platform for the next generation of AI-enabled devices, where autonomous agents operate with the speed and privacy benefits of local processing whilst maintaining the sophistication of cloud-based AI systems.
